How to make a return?

to which the order code will definitely be mentioned or by telephone at +30-210-324-5577
Once we receive the returned product, we will contact you for confirmation of receipt.

The customer is responsible for returning the package, as well as any charges incurred in transit. For returns from outside the EU, customs clearance and duty costs are the sole responsibility of the sender.
It would be better to send the package by registered mail or courier. Sweet Case eshop is not responsible for any loss.
We also accept products only purchased from our online store www.sweetcase.com.gr.
You have the right to return the products you bought, within 20 days from the date of receipt without the obligation to tell us the reason why you want the return. You can also choose between changing the item, providing a credit balance or refund.
Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unopened or tampered with packaging, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
Products that have been laundered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sweet Case eshop reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not shipped in accordance with the return terms listed above, as well as the instructions that accompany each order. In the case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, products will be returned to the original order shipping address.
Products can be exchanged with any available different size or type. If you wish to exchange a purchased product from Sweet Case eshop with a different size or color, please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at +30-210-324-5577.
Credit Balance Issue
If you would like the refund amount to be credited to your Sweet Case account, please contact us by email email@example.com or by telephone at +30-21-0324-5577 to receive your special code.
By logging on to www.sweetcase.com.gr you will be able to be informed about your credit amount and code through the page «My account» at the link: https://sweetcase.com.gr/my-account.
The amount of the refund is credited to your account or deducted using the relevant code sent to you at the next checkout.
Please treat credit as cash. For orders where the total amount exceeds the value of the credit balance, you must choose the method of payment for the difference. The code is valid until the credit amount is used up. Your credit balance can only be redeemed on www.sweetcase.com.gr at any time without restriction. The redemption of your credit amount and the use of the code must only be done through your personal account at www.sweetcase.com.gr and it cannot be used by another person or account. In case of theft of the code, www.sweetcase.com.gr bears no responsibility.
Refunds are made immediately after the products are received and inspected (1-3 working days).
Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account that was used to pay for the order.
Processing time varies by bank and credit card type. In the event that the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account indicated by the customer.
